FHR levels

i think you =high oin crack where did you get 40 and 80 from ?

fhr is different for all characters, lately there has been rumours that someone found out in the game coding a 5% fhr small charm only gives 4%, but the druids breakpoints are 18% for 6 fhr, then 48% for 5 fhr, then 125% for 4 fhr
on a paladin 0% is 4 fps, 32% is 3 fps, 152% is 2 fps,
a few opinions i have formulated, to each 152% on a paladin you would lose so much that it wont matter
and 32% is very attainable
for druids 125% is possible but there have been definitive tests proving that it is no different then 48% fhr
therefore most if not all druids go with 48%fhr
except for my latest dVd he has no fhr, and does well
i think these two classes are the most dependant on certain breakpoints, because barbs ww can't be interupted, and most missle characters dont worry about it, i believe these classes are most dependant on it
