Well.
I have 3 characters ready with opened tomb. One for each difficulty game (nl/nm/hell).
When I need to pass the act2, I make a game with that char, and the tomb is already open. No need to go for staff or amulet.
I load the char I want to rush, then exit the 'openner' of the game, ready for next rush.
To have a tomb already open, you need to run a char till act 2, open the tomb with the staff/amu then just quit the game after the tomb is open. Now each time you create a game with this char, the tomb will be already opened, "ready to use" ...
And if you don't use Maphack (yes, crazy people exist), you can add the quest to get the symbol to the 'openner' char. This way, when he'll create the game, he'll got which symbol is + the opened tomb.
