3-D Render I Did In Max

tell me what you think of it, took about 3 hours, combination of 2 tutorials and my skills.

*I will be making sigs for the request thread soon, it was my 18th b-day yesterday, and I'm getting a job, and I've been really busy*

Even though I do not like realism, some pieces really get my attention, including that. The grass has been rendered and blended really well; almost as though you were actually there to touch it. The golfball seems the most realistic. I could almost be convinced that you didn't make that.

Probably the most realistic 3d render I've seen. If you haven't submitted that to dA yet, you should. You're quite skilled.

thanks, yeah i submitted it to devart but golf balls dont get much attention on there i like your sig you showed off earlier, didnt get a chance to post, the techy one, ill do that soon, and whos the chick in your current sig? and by the way i took a screenshot of me with 3ds max and the render all set up and stuff because one of my friends didn't believe that it was a render lol

The grass is pretty good, but the golf ball is extremely basic. Of course, I'm not saying that basic is bad, it's just obvious how you made it.

your probably the only one who knows how, but i doubt you did it like me i took a lot of steps to make it nicer and smoother :P AKA it took longer then it had too because i made it nicer

hehe... i know how to make it too! (shadowXOR... you know me... i look at tons of tutorials ) anyways... great improvements on both the grass and the golfball upon the tutorials... i tried following both tuts and came out nothing like urs... damn ur good
