Sov, there's no point arguing. You're in a position of power, at least at the forum, and there will almost always be critics. In my opinion, you're doing a fine job. The only thing I dislike about you is that you're not a Star Wars fan!

I agree that Sov is doing a good job, but if he is indeed ever ignoring anything rational that anyone tries to present to him (as D3V claims has been done) there are plenty of other staff you can speak to that don't have a rocky history with you.

Another major problem with Sovereign representing your site is he is a Drug Addict. He may not admit it, but he purchases/smokes Marijuana every time he has the money up for it. And you guys told me when I got banned you didnt' want Zelaron represented as a 'Racist' Forum , but you are willing to be represented as a pothead weed junkie forum? Well sov. I know that I have probably pissed you off , or maybe just gotten onto your nerves. Whatever the case may be. I was hoping that I could try to be less obnoxious, and less frontal towards you and the other members of the forum. As a 'supreme moderator' I was hoping you could consider being neutral with me instead of enemies. I just made a pretty horrible thread in the Chat forum which was supposed to be in the flame forum, but I didn't mean to hurt your feelings now that I reflect on what I posted. But I hope we can seperate our differences and just keep clear of each other..

Sovereign, since you seem to be having a problem with closing threads again for no reason, (which I have saved on file, in my folder on my desktop). You may need a reality check, note: You have a past history of ill-choiced decisions, now I was wondering if you were going to ban me, and for what charges.

He throws insults at me calling me a drug addict. Chrome smokes way more weed in one week then I ever did, yet nothing is said about him. He singles me out. Then he pm's me assuming that I have some sort of thing against him, that I'm out to get him. He acts all nice in the pms but hes lying through his teeth. On the board he didnt change anything. In the third PM he tells me I have poor judgement, and I've made ill fated decisions.

I feel nothing compelling me to respond to those pm's.

Anyway, me am done in this thread. All my views have been expressed here. Back to talking about changes! (and sorry d3v, my demodding isn't going to be one of them. I know it eats you up inside, but I hope you can make it through it.)

Look, I got de-staffed way back because my LOOK DID NOT MATCH WITH THE LOOK/FEEL OF ZELARON, they told me that me saying nigger *being "racist"* made them look racist, so is Zelaron a pot-head forum now? That's how I pretrieve it.

And when you don't answer the PMs and block me on aim, how do I contact you bitch, seriously.

Maybe if you stopped insulting him on the forum he might listen. And I don't feel we have a big leadership problem here. Sure activity has gone down over the years (hell, I was gone for who knows how long), but it doesn't mean the site is dying. I can come on here every day and find at least 10 threads to post on, responding to what my fellow members have said. Some more members/activity would be nice, and hopefully this summer that will happen. I know I wil have significantly less activity this summer, but that's because we don't have internet at our lake house. I'll still try to post a couple times a week if possible.

So to Sov, Grav, RS, Penguin, Chruser, everyone else with powers... I disagree with d3v. I don't feel you abuse your powers, and I feel that you were right in de-modding d3v for racism. If he wants to complain about it, he's going to. Keep up the good work. You guys make this place a pleasure for me to visit, and a place I am proud to be a member of.

Zelaron has THREE admins. Chruser can always be contacted on aim, and wetwired is around a good deal. If ANY of the staff were doign harm to the forum, one of these thre people can be contacted to demod the person. Funny thing is, this has NEVER happened. (at least in the time that I've been here).

I resent that! I have De-Modded at least 10 people in my tenure!! Maybe those 3 haven't done what you claim since you've been here, but that was because it was my purpose for being Admin.

Penguin, for someone with so little activity and contribution to Zelaron over the last 2 years (roughly), you sure sound like someone that would throw a hissy fit if you got De-Admined. Being Admin means nothing if you do nothing and no one respects you anyway, so why bother? Novelty? Who cares really..? Oh, and no one asked you to plead your case..

To the many other complaining members, things get done around here. Things get implemented. Not everything you want can be added. Not everything is logical. Just because a few people suggest something, doesn't mean it's a consensus. Truth is, everything is taken into consideration, but after everything is weighed, it usually doesn't pan out, and for very good, logical reasons.

On another note, I'm not around nearly as much anymore, but the quality of posts (as in wit, humor, enjoyment in reading, etc.) have gone to crap. That is nothing to do with the Staff, they do a fine job, it is simply because people either don't have time or don't care. That's life, get over it. I say stop complaining and start setting examples.

Throw a hissy fit? I would simply stop coming here and refuse to help zelaron in any way. I have said it before and I will say it again, there is NOTHING for me to do right now. If something needs to be done, have someone contact me on AIM or PM and ill do it.

I dont think Admins should have to waste their time modding forums at all. Thats what mods and sup mods are for. The only Modding admins should have control over is appointing new mods, and firing old ones. If admins have to warn people for spamming and delete threads then there are obviously not enough mods on the forum or the current ones suck.

I have already explained before why keeping me as an admin is a good idea in case of future emergencys, if ww and chruser could care less then go ahead and de admin me and admin Sov or You again. I am sure in the future when zelaron needs money for advertising and server costs you 2 will be glad to throw more then a couple hundred over right? Or when they need a new server or hosting that would probably cost 30-100 dollars a month, you will be the first to offer. Because deleting spam threads, appointing mods, and installing stupid item rpg hacks is not going to save this forum.

I dont need to plead my case with anyone. I was just making people aware of what Chruser and some others are already aware of. Titus, you were the one who quit your position here, you could of stayed on and offered a little bit of help instead of quitting all together. You are still fairly active here but do not want to be an admin anymore, youd rather be a member here and not do admin/mod duties. Why couldent you stay admin and just try harder? Or been appointed a mod of a less active forum? Youd still be helping zelaron that way. Your active enough now to do Some admining or modding for zelaron, which is better then None at all (Compare your activity level to the mods and admins here at Zelaron). How dedicated are you to Zelaron?

I am sure I have the respect of at least a few people here and thats all I care about. If no one respected me, and Everyone wanted me out, I wouldent still be here would I? Zelaron isent a huge business that has to explain all its decsions to shareholders or anything. Chruser basically owns Zelaron and I respect and trust Chruser and I am sure he at least does for me so let Chruser do what he wants. My postion at zelaron is basically my postion with Chruser at this time anyway. The only reason I "Care" anymore is because my life has become more work/business than it has games/leisure and its nice to have ties to this forum for me. This is one of the only places I visit on the internet that isent work related. I am not overly confident that I will remain admin either so even if I somehow get deadmined (I know a couple situations where this could be possible) then dont take it as a "Oh shit look, Penguin was de-admined even after he wrote all that bullshit about staying admin" because I am well aware of where I am at right now and what can happen. If I get de-admined, it wont be unexpected, and I will of pretty much let it happen. I will be de-admined, when I want to be de-admined, or when I stop caring enough to do what I need to do to stay admin.

The people who keep talking about replacing me, or adding a new admin, or just de-admining me are looking at the wrong place in getting Zelaron back to being active. My status here is in no way a priority or even on the list for making Zelaron better. Removing me or replacing me will just add extra work, get rid of future helping possibilities by me, and further throw zelaron down. How does it make zelaron worse by having me as an admin? I might not be making Zelaron much better now but in the Future I can (And I have in the past), its just a title under my name, so why does it bother you so much? I have my reasons for wanting to stay here, and I have my bonuses, so just drop this entire thing against me and talk about something else.
