well, I just noticed I look slightly slimmer than normal. I'm getting a step closer (just gotta slim even more! )

I'm 6 foot 3, and 223 lbs (lost 2 lbs already)

Hop damn son, you got me by an inch... I'd say your goal should be 195-200 lbs. I'm 6'2", 192 lbs., and I'm still trying to lose just a couple pounds to define my Abs a little more.

hmm...that sounds about right to me. I keep hearing i'm going to get taller :/ I'm already about to surpass my dad in height.
