Marriage is based on religion, I havent seen any religion support homosexuality, therefore it would be sacreligious for any priest to marry any gay couple.

The church that I goto supports Gay couples. My church is part of the United Church of Christ (UCC). There are two gay couples that are members of my church.

Also there have been gay biships, etc.

You go to one fucked up church, you realize by doing that, you will all burn and rot in hell for all eternity right?

Why the FUCK do any of you idiots care what anyone else does? This is so GOD DAMNED stupid. How can YOU be the person to tell someone else what they can or cannot do? It's like me telling Chrome that he can't smoke weed. If he doesn't harm me, or anyone else, WHY THE FUCK should it matter. I don't sympathize with gays. I just don't give a flying rat's ass about them being "married". If there is a God, let him deal with everyone his way. Becuase if you believe in God, shouldn't you NOT be judging people?

3) It isn't really judging people. They're not imprisoning those that are married, they're just keeping them from being married in the first place.

4) Never say something is stupid because you dont' agree with it, it shows your immaturity.

Bush is an idiot if he even think's it has a small possibility of passing. It's completely unconstitutional. The government has no right what-so-ever to tell people who they can and can't marry. It's a decision between two adults who are in love with eachother, and no one else. If two people want to get married, it's their fucking choice. To put an idiotic ban on such a thing as Same-sex Marriages is prejudism. ...IMHO.

1-- That's my point. Why shouldn't anyone be able to smoke weed, as long as they aren't harming anyone but themselves. (This statement was directed more at Chrome then anyone else, since I know his stance on weed. )

3-- I'm sorry, but if you say "that's wrrong" you've judged that person. Bottom line. You don't have to be in court to be judged. This statement was directed at Christians anyway.
4-- I absolutely did not call ANYONE stupid. I said ignorance. Let's look up the definanition of ignorance.-- The condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uninformed.-- Now how does that constitute me saying anyone is stupid? I am generally stating that they are uninformed about peoples rights.

How then, if marriage is a religious ceremony, can the Govenment say it's not right? If this is a government for the people, of the people, by the people, then why is it "gay" people don't have as much as a chance as hetrosexual people?

Actually, no; as I already stated, this isn't about a ceremony in a church, this is about a piece of paper that says you can indicate that you're married to the other person on your taxes, on job applications, etc. Do you really think that the fact that gay couples can't get that paper keeps them from having a wedding cerimony? I can tell you for a fact it doesn't.

I say allow gay marriage, but don't call it that.

Also make it illegal for someone who is gay to keep rubbing it in other's fucking faces. That pisses me off to no end. Why the fuck do gays have to prance around and show off the fact? I don't see hetero couples having parades.

That was beautiful, khwiii. I think gays should be allowed to marry just like anyone else. Love has no boundaries. I have nothing against gay people whatsoever and I even have several friends who are gay and lesbian.
