Player Abusing Game Mechanics!!

NYPD is abusing Game Mechanics by Killing my Horse with an Explosion Spell, then Running out of town guards, Players and Animals Should be Safe while IN town, and not near any exits!

sadly this is the way it is on OSI and every shard there is, it is a way to force people to engage in combat as well. Its quite often the poor miner will find his mule's pack horse bombed even in gz. the best way to get a person that does such is to run after them while calling guards, you should be able to get them whacked if you see them on your screen while calling guards.

dident OSi for a short time disable bad spells in town (bad spells meaning anything that does dmg too another player or NPC) i think they did, but im not sayin to do that here, honestly i see it as a gref tactic i know this sounds "Trammy" of me, but it is a greaf tactic, and it souldent be warrented
once players know they can get away with it, they will abuse it..

Again, stay on the horse and it wont happen. how hard is that?

anyway lets not get OT here, this is about the issue of killing rideing and pack horses in town, rideing horse thing seems to be fixed, just stay on your horse. then again dead players cant ride horses. but we wont go into that. no about pack horses, i think it sould be looked at in one way or another.

P.S. Halo is a neat game so is Warhammer 40k

I said our forum because this is the forum for our shard duh. He doesn't play our shard so why would he post insults here. It was a very mild flame that he posted I agree, but a flame nonetheless. If you enjoy those types of things then why did you feel a need to reply to my flame?

why are you flaming anyway? i beleave zelaron has a place for that, i think they call it the flame forum, not too sure thou of the exact name.

oh and after reading the msg over, he said that the spell was casted, then the player ran OUT of the guard zone, thus rendering the first few tactics (Run after him yelling gurads) useless. there has to be a way, but none realy seems too have aprb with it, what you need to get things done, its more ppl in suport of an idea. then again its also up to the admin of any given shard to make the changes. since this shard is going for that "Classic UO" theme, i dont think anything will change with this issue, if i can call it an issue of corse. thats all i have to say on the horse fantom PK's running around in town killing horses, hehe.

Why didn't you ask him why he didn't flame in the flame forum? I guess the rules should only apply to certain people. You see that is the type of thinking that made you a piss poor game master. Next on the topic you can get someone whacked even if they have run out of guardzone if the damage they did to you occurred in the guard zone and they are visible. For example, someone casts explode on you and starts to run out of guards and you start to run after them if the spell hits you while you or your packy is in guard zone and when this happens you can still see them and yell guards they will get whacked whether they are in guards or not. Shouldn't an ex-Gm be aware of this? Another reason in the long list of why you should be in charge of nothing.
