State laws vary from state to state. From what I've heard, you can mow anyone down in Texas who is stealing from you. I'm not gonna try to find Texas laws online, they probably only exist on paper.

I think the worst story I've ever heard was about this guy attempting armed robbery and he tripped on something in the person's yard that caused him to break his ankle. Anyways he sued the owner of the house on the grounds that there wasn't proper lighting on the walk up to his house. I guess wherever the hell it was, there was some stupid ass law, because he won the suit.

Just so you all know, once I get outta the military, I'm going to college. Then after college, when I own a house, I'm gonna buy
a) A Templar's Sword
a) Some Sort of Pistol, this one looks cool
b) An AR-15(unless some other left wing gets in office)

Feel free to rob my house if you can. If I find you though, god help you. My Pistol will most likely be under my bed. My AR-15 will probably be in a closet nearby, and my Templar's Sword will probably be on the wall somewhere, as I really don't plan on using that. Oh and sure I won't aim for your head, but I'm very inaccurate, ask DeLong. I'm also gonna use multiple double taps... er I mean controlled pairs. If I were you, I'd come armed. Good Luck.
