I don't get this - why are companies so desperate to fire the druggies? You're doing an office job, right? Worst case scenario is that taking the drugs could enhance your performance...

I have an office job yes, but 90% of the people working are either driving a forklift, or packing car parts on the floor.

Ah, that explains it. Are you ever called to do physical work? If not, then I see no need for a drugs test for you... unless the managers believe in equality, and want to demonstrate that by testing everyone, be they manual labourer or office worker.
