- K&S Medical Transcription is a New York based transcription company providing personal online transcription services to our clients. We do a background check on each staff member. They provide current contact information and this is reviewed and updated monthly. Each staff member has signed a confidentiality agreement and has received a copy of the HIPAA guidelines. We have been based on Long Island, New York, for over 15 years.
