Builds for characters using NO runewords. Not only are they to expensive and time consuming to obtain, but they poof when you finally do get them. Im looking to start up an account that is runeword free. All unique and or set items, can anyone help me out with character builds?

and by character builds i mean character gear. stat allocation. skill allocation. strats i can figure out on my own.
