So for nearly a month now I have been living with a friend of mine since my mom booted me from the house for getting my second job with the adult store, but we were still on speaking terms.
Yesterday I got knocked into a guard rail by an 18-wheeler because the driver did not see me coming about in the left lane when he tried to merge over. I made it out alright, only hitting my head and doing no real damage whatsoever to myself. All that I can remember vividly was hitting the guard rail and fighting to regain control over the car as I slid about and pulled out over into the side. The passenger side doors are unable to be opened and are missing the glass, the driver's side is hard to open and close, and there's a big nasty crack on my windshield. The driver was more upset about the situation than I was. He kept apologizing and trying to make sure I was okay. I went to the ER after I got the car towed and whatnot to just be safe and get myself checked out and everything looked fine. I got two shots in my ass to help with pain and any swelling that may occur and went back to my mom's at her insistence and passed out for a good 16 or so hours.
Lighter news: I got accepted into Suffolk University and found out that I am 1/4 Cherokee and can be eligible for a lot of financial aid to help with the costs (since I got half the tuition covered, I just need to work on the other half). I'm also working on my lines for the musical "Chicago" where I'll be playing Amos Hart.
That's about it. And I hate truckers. Really, I hated them before and now I hate them more.
