14-year old dating a 23-year old?

This girl I know is clearly out of her mind. She's currently 14, and has been dating a 23 year old guy for two weeks. I asked her if they have had sex, and she said "no, not yet". Still, I consider this to be very, very wrong, and the guy could be in tons of trouble if anyone found out.

they always do that because they feel secure with the guy, and he probably uses her self esteem against her. The sad thing about this sort of situation is they usually get hurt before they realize what is going on.
