Question Plans for the rest of 2009?
Reply

We're basically half way through the year. We've got Obama in the white house. Michael Jackson is dead, Vick is out of jail and T.I. is in jail. 2009 has been a fun year thus far, but what does everyone else have planned for the rest of this wonderful year?

For myself I have a few big things coming up.

- July 4th is this weekend, can't wait. Going to get trashed and blow shit up. Hopefully no injuries this year.

- July 12th is my birthday, and July 11th is the UFC 100 thing on Payperview which we are purchasing as well as a keg and a few trays of jell-o shooters! Should be another fun weekend of binge drinking.

- July 24th is Warped Tour in Orlando and we have a rather large group going so far (last count was 9) and are going to stay the weekend and hit up the theme parks. (We're leaning towards Universal Studios)

- Aug Training camp starts for the Jaguars and I plan on going to almost every one of them that I can, then preseason starts and I think I may be getting Jaguars tickets for my birthday so for sure i'll be attending many games this season.

That's really all that's official thus far. I have a possible cruise as well as a road trip planned for later this year but nothing is official yet. But Halloween Horror Nights in October is a definite so far, and I think the same group going to Warped Tour is going to be going to HHN. Can't wait.

-August 28th I'm being sent to school for failures, so I guess I start to wallow in my own stupidty then.

-December 25th If I'm lick a PS3 is in my hands... Pshh... right.

-March 26th same as December 25th, because neither will come true.

Wait... march is next year! oops! Oh well... no other plans.

Finish up painting a house, doing tons of house repairs, and finishing my online courses before fall semester starts. Heading up to a Kings of Leon concert (hopefully they play some of their old stuff) in September, and not sure what I'm doing after that. Might take a few roadtrips if October's weather is semi fair.

Start Junior Year at the end of August. Probably will get a girlfriend if the summer laziness doesn't catch up to me.

I just got back, and it was GREAT. The most disappointing acts were actually some of the biggest names... Nas and Talib Kweli. I met Tech N9ne, Krizz Kaliko and Kutt Calhoun (of Strange Music). Probably the only down to earth performers at the event. Krizz in particular was a really engaging chracter and we chewed the fat for a little while.

I don't have a real time line. It's mostly me scrambling for a private student loan and if that happens: I move to the dorms on August 22.
