The same goes for American film - I can't instantly think of an American actress, or even an actor, who isn't 'pretty' in some way, or plasticy.
I couldn't agree with you more. Everyone who is not on TV has flappyness under their arm. Why shouldn't actors?

Well, the flappiness is from not taking care of yourself. When you have as much money as American Actors/Actresses, you can afford better food and fitness regimens.

And America isn't as fat as everyone makes it out to be.

I'd say one out of every ten kids in my school is fat.

Adults... That's a different story. The cogs of the nation tend to get fatter because of their flawed mindset - That being fit somehow doesn't matter, or that they have so much "stress" it's forcing them to be fat.

And why, when a woman is told she's fat, does she eat?

I was going off of past experience with women who have been insulted for their weight and have told me, "When someone points out how heavy I am, I get depressed so I eat."

This only applies to the women who get heavy in the first place, I'm guessing, in which case it only gives them an excuse to do what they love to - eat?

Whilst not in the public limelight much, Gabe Newell springs to mind for me. Gods, he makes me sick.

Talking about actors on television and in films - John Goodman.
