Need a PHP developer

I want to make a StarCraft map social network using the open-source project Elgg.org, but I don't have time or the skill to learn how to make the site right now. I have a couple hundred dollars, though, is anyone interested in helping me out? I can post some more specific stuff and I'd prefer it if you actually played StarCraft so you could give us some input about the site.
