won't let me use my avs

Hey heres something for yah. every time i try to use one of my own avatars it won't let me. it always says it is too big, but when i download one of zelaron's pre-aproved avs and tried to use that it also said it was too big.

oh yeah and all it will let me use right now is this buddy icon i found

Either, it's dimensions are too big, or the file size is.
115x115 pixels, and 20.000 bytes (around 19.5 KB) is the maximum size for an avatar. The standard avatars are a little larger than that, but since they are nicely done, we decided that we should keep them.

However, I might increase those image restrictions later on.

Yes, like he said, he decided to keep those. They are linked to off-site anyway, so they don't affect bandwidth usage.

115x115 19.5K is plenty big enough for a nice avatar.
