Actually you can't attach two images onto the same post, so double posting are sort of accepted in such situation.

I've seen the Windforce but not the Veil of Steel...it's not too overpowered.

they shouldnt put cham in that vail, coulda put 1 more 40/15 or something more useful.

Doesn't really matter, you will need a cannot be frozen somewhere, and some builds don't need Raven Frost.

While Cham would be useful for a barb or so, a Raven is beneficial to a zon for the dex bonus, and the cold absorb doesn't hurt either. He likely got it that way.
