Gaming Headphones: Xbox 360

Hey guys,

Haven't been around here in awhile since the collapse of Diablo II (And I eagerly await the third). I have been playing a lot of serious CoD4 Modern Warfare, particularly Hardcore Search and Destroy. And it has come to my attention that there are gaming headphones that would drastically increase my hearing ability within the game and thus kick more ace.

So, does anyone use gaming headphones for the 360? If so which one would you recommend?

I actually got a pair in my box. You should have as well. I don't actually like them though. I'd advise checking out Best Buy or something of that nature to see if they have anything custom.

No I'm talking about serious headphones not the mic headphones you get with your 360. I am talking about headphones that are like the bose ones that cover your whole ear. Ok imagine putting on noise cancelling headphones, connecting them to your tv while you play...you hear everything. Now combine that with the mic and you can now talk to people and listen 100x better. They go for like $70-250.

Those look badass. Personally, I wouldn't shell out the money for those but if it's something you really want, go for it. I'll stick with the standard headset until it inevitably breaks.

And FYI: Those wireless ones are a piece of shit. Don't buy them.

I would love to get my hands on some awesome gaming headphones. All I have are cheapies from Walmart / Bestbuy, they start to hurt around the 4th hour of raiding. Maybe I can get something snazy for x-mas.

Looking for a cheap LED keyboard, new mouse.. and now some headphones.
