Style updates

The "Ocean" theme has been updated with a new logo and a few new features. There are still a few more alignments to make, but I hope you're all happy with it for now.

Also, feel free to vote if you want to keep it or not.

I could use a percentage based width, but then the logo alignment wouldn't be as nice. I think it's pretty good, unless you're running in 2048x1536 or something. It looks perfect in 800x600 or 1024x768. 1280 would probably look good too, while 1600 might start to look somewhat small, especially if you're using a 15".

i like darkangel the best not to dark not to light jut the right contrast but buttons are a little smal
