I just know that if I have to wake up at a certain time, say, 6:55 am, and I set an alarm clock so I'm forced to wake up from mon-wed, then I know for a fact that I can wake up at exactly 6:55 am WITHOUT an alarm clock.

It does sound unbeleivable, but it's true :|

By the way, "insomna" or "somna in" means "fall asleep" in Swedish.

i only wish that alarm clocks could wake me up. that would be great. i always happen to wake up about an hour after they go off though. it sucks, but it's true.

I have the same problem afraid. I can set the volume way up, but it won't wake me up unless its real close to me, but if it's too close, I'll just turn it off and go back to sleep

Humans have an 'interal clock', if I really need to wake up at a certain time, I tell myself to before I go to sleep, and I wake up then in the morning.
