Post God lives in America?

Why do they always only say "God bless Amercia"? ........... Why can't they say God bless the world.

Because its a national song? ...Its not like anyone every said fuck the world. I think it makes sense to bless your country when singing a patriotic song.

On a side note the title mislead me to believe this thread was going to be much more interesting.

Americans give money to churches because we either; we want to help people or, we're a forced to because everyone else is. They shoud say "God bless the world" but they don't. Why? We believe we are superior to the world and that we are blessed. 9/11 proved this invalid.

It's just like when someone sneezes and you say "Bless you" or "God bless you" etc.

You could say "Bless everyone" every time someone sneezes. It just depends on the subject.

The speaches bush gives are about America, so when he's done he says "God bless America."
