I also graduated, and felt the same way. Unfortunatley I can't leave for college because my probation doesn't allow me to leave the state.. So I have to live at home and go to a community college for a year..
Well it was origonally for posession of marijuana, but then I was charged with resisting/obstruction/assault of a police officer, disturbance of peace, and possesion of a deadly weapon (2 knives) which resulted in another charge of violation of probation... lol so now im off my marijuana probation and on my violence vs. police probation
Too late. Good luck getting a job after college with that wrap sheet! Hahahahaaha! Don't you realize that any job interview/application will ask you if you've been arrested and what for? They can and WILL do a background check, and if you lie, you will not get the job, and if you tell the truth and there is ANYONE else going for the same job that is just as qualified or close to equally as qualified, that THEY will get the job by default.
GG, you will lose at life. Sorry to break the news to you. Unless of course, you want to work fast food or janitor bullshit the rest of your life. In that case, you're fine.
That's not entirely true. You don't know his whole situation. He could be getting some things off his record. Hopefully it's the knife posession/resisting charge lol. Spector, are you going to have a felony on your record once this is all over?
actually my cousin works as a floor cleaner in the air port.
He gets paid 18$ the hour for cleaning the floors for 1 hour only, then he does bullshit the entire 7 to go, thats a nice job if you ask me.
You should go get it.
Well, I got a plea agreement, and the charges are now as followed:
Attempted Resisting arrest
Disturbance of the peace
And Violation of probation... which is 3 misdemeanors, and since I violated my marijuana probation, that is now being put on my record and is also a misdemeanor, and yes slaynish, unfortunatley im almost 19, so im legally an adult >.<
