During those days, the temperature was over 48 degrees Celsius (120 degrees Fahrenheit). The national weather service recorded 56.7 °C (134 °F). The date reported there was July 10, 1913.
The highest temperature recorded in the world is 58.0°C (136.4°F) at Al,Azizyah in Libya on 13 September 1922. The Australian record is 53.1°C (127.6°F) recorded at Cloncurry (QLD) on 16 January 1889. Bourke (NSW) with 52.8°C and Mildura (VIC) 50.8°C are not far behind.

Not only was that disrespectful, he also screwed up at it as well. It's were, not we're (we are). What a fucking douche. The heat is pretty crazy here, 100 on Sunday, 92 yesterday, and 87 today.
it was up to 100 yesterday and im in Michigan right under canada!! stupid fucking weather! im so glad i just got AC b/c my house when i turned the one i just put in was up to 115! inside my house and of course my dumbass jumped right onto the computer when i got up sweating my ass off!! then i put the ac in the window next to me so its all good!! down to 70 in my house right now and its 85 outside and its 12:30 in the morning!!
I feel bad for you guys, the highest its got here is around 82°F, but we had a storm last night and its back in the 70's. Its going to be an insanely hot summer though.
