The picture is fake.

Their center of gravity has easily crossed their support base (I forgot the actual term), and there is no way they're going fast enough for the centrifrugal force to overpower Gravity enough to move their center of balance back into line...

A rumble pack would do you no good on a NES (even if you managed to connect one somehow, as NES games barely supported a Controller...
