You use the side handle normally, but sometimes you use the other handle so you can do hooks n' shit.

i thought it was so if a cop doesnt have a gun or runs aout of ammunition he just uses the side boton and aacts like its a gun to scare teh bad guys that are too far awy to know its not a gun
