30 percent of the Playstation 2 games suck dick eh? That's actually a really good percentage jerk off. That means that at least 70 percent of the games are decent. And you said quality games, the Xbox has quality games? I got one for Christmas and I've been pissed ever since. It does lil' more than collect dust. Jet Set Radio Future is great, but I beat that game down so quick that my Xbox truly is useless now. Oh please tell me what the names of all these quality games are. Don't say Splinter Cell or Halo, because 1. it's coming out for PS2, and 2. I've beaten the hell out of that game. 3. Don't name games that haven't come out yet, because those are a lil' hard to play right now. I could go all day naming great games for the Playstation 2 that are out right now, not to mention all the great games coming in the approaching months. So what quality games were you talking about now?

I really can't see why you wouldn't buy a PS2 rabber, but this post really makes no sense. You say that you have a bunch of money, you already own a GameCube, and you won't buy a Playstation 2. Uh, what else do you want to know, you don't have much of a choice but to buy an Xbox. I'd recommend a radio phone over an Xbox. Look at what you get, a radio, phone, and alarm clock! Holy shit that's a great deal! The Xbox truly is god-awful.

Ok, if you have a Gamecube...and your not going to get a PS2...uhhh, what else is there to get as far as next gen systems go, a f'n Nuon? I say buy a Dreamcast, you get alot of great, roots gaming out of that system for almost no money at all. Alot more gaming you can get out of a X-Box, thats for sure. With all the money you spend on a X-Box, theres so much more gaming you can get out of it.

How about this: Don't buy an XBox... keep playing GC until the good games come out... then buy it... if you are lucky, it'll be cheaper( doubt it ).

it's microsoft's attempt to dominate a field they do not belong in. The hardware is dominant but there aren't enough good games for it. With zelda, mario, etc on GCN and Final Fantasy, GTA, etc on the PS2, there isnt enough to match on the xbox. Halo this, halo that, well, you know what? Halo is one game, and its not enough to make any informed gamer buy a console.

MechAssualt is pretty fun. Also Ghost Recon and Jedi Outcast. There even better multiplayer.
So far for XBox I own...
Ghost Recon
Jedi Outcast
Mech Assualt
Splinter Cell
Jet Set Radio
Sega GT 2002

I plan on getting Halo as soon as I can find it, and Tao Feng in march, and Star Wars Knights of the old Republic this month.
