I agree, a lot of cheats and hacks are lame. On the other hand, if we deny that they even exist or refuse to acknowledge that people actually want to use them, all that will happen is that we will delay those looking for cheats and hacks by a few minutes as they leave this site for a new one. And trust me, just because you use a map hack to win a game doesn't mean you're an arch villain whose goal in life is to completely devastate any computer games out there.
Personally, if there were no cheaters, I think the gaming industry would be a better place. But like I said, if we refuse to help them, it's only our loss. While trojans and virii are things I despise, things such as a map hack would be far more acceptable. I'm sure a lot of you will think I'm completely insane suggesting something like me, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
