IMO, there's no big problem with using peoples credit cards online.. as long as

1) You don't get caught
2) The charge is reverseable by the owner
3) If you get caught, you can blame someone else

Well, actually that all depends on how you submit your billing info. Im pretty sure no one is going to buy sumthing that requires it to be sent to them via mail men... with a stolen credit card... i mean come on.. thats like asking to be caught. Oh yeah i stole this guys credit card, now im buying a computer, btw i want it sent to my address so i can easily be tracked and go to jail for a long ass time for credit card fraud/theft. Only idiots would do something like that... such as randuin.
