I ended up on Phoenix. No idea where to get a world pass yet.

I heard it gets more expensive as more ppl play

Most people are just restarting untill they get to the server they want, may be annoying but its either that or having to wait to get a world pass.

Ah i just can't wait to get FFXI.

I honestly don't think FFXI is going to be that great. Nobody in America or Europe is going to get uber at this game, since it was released in Japan 1 year before us. The movement pretty much blows, considering you have to click on the ground and hit a button just to move which will get pretty annoying after a while. All the servers are in Japan (lag galore) and most of the people in the game will be speaking Japanese. I'm not saying the game is going to suck, but it's certainly not the best MMORPG I've ever played.
