Athlon XP 1600 (1.4 ghz, they are apperently just calling it 1600 since it's similar to 1.6 ghz on a pentium), 256 mb ram, GF2-MX400. Not too high specs, but the game runs perfectly. The FPS counter doesn't work properly for me, but I'd say I get around 74 fps, which is my limit.

Yes, it's certainly very playable on a low-end system, and has some pretty amazing graphics and a good framerate. The only thing the MAX engine can't support properly is huge outdoor areas, but there are really none of those anyway.
