Im gona start playing again seriously and I need to know from people who have been playing regularly for awhile now.

Does blizz ban for hacks like mh and botting now or do they just do their once a year sweeps that only get 25-30% of people? If thats the case then im fine with hacking, but some people are saying that they now ban individualy, so I thought I should ask yall as I bet you guys know.

For the most part I think they wait until their mass bannings. If you're duping and shit like that, they'll probably ban you individually, but for maphack, people rarely get banned except for in the mass bannings.

Also, I've heard that since the last patch, the Warden has been turned off. I don't know if that's enough for me to think that it's safe to hack or anything, though. They could just be updating it, or giving people a false sense of security.

There is a possibility that Warden is turned off. For people using the 1.12 "Warden Watcher" (Shows the activity of The Warden), they have seen that Warden loads, but doesn't seem to be scanning or sending / receiving packets.

So potentially there was a new Warden released, or it's shut off for now.

It's up to you to take that risk though.

Even without that Warden Watcher, you can manually see whether or not the Warden is sending/receiving packets. Unless they changed something up, it seems to be off for now.
