G Gundam

The first anime I ever bought thanks to the non-stop harassing by this kid Grant at school. I liked it, but looking on Google and such it seems a lot of people count it as really crappy. I didn't find much wrong with it at all. The story was decent and though the hero wasn't the brightest and Neo-America has a loser for a representative, I liked a good majority of it. The Devil Gundam was quite an antagonist in its own right and the end was beautifully done except for how it ends. That sucked.

Still, tis just my opinion. Anyone else seen it? Did you have any qualms with it?

I'm not a big fan of the mecha anime, so I probably wont ever see this title. What happened at the end that sucked so much?

G Gundam Sucks...and thats something because I consider myself a gundam fan.

Well, spoilers anyone. Don't read the next paragraph if you are gonna watch G G Gundam.


The Devil Gundam uses people to power itself. The person it was using at the end was the hero's love and he told her "I love you" so she escaped the DG's grasp and it loses a lot of its power with no one as its power unit.

And, I am a Gundam fan, too. That's why I like the innovation and plot depth in this anime. I also loathe Gundam Wing for every reason on this site multiplied by 50.

I thought G Gundam wasn't bad, though it is more of a super robot show than a normal Gundam.

I loathe Wing as well and both Seed series are ripoffs of the older Gundam shows.
