I thought that I had made this abundantly clear over the course of the last few months what the rules are, but apparently some of you require them to be laid out in a more succint manner. So, here are the Literature Forum rules.
1. If you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say it. If you don't like a piece for some particular reason, by all means share how you think the piece could be made better. Do not, however, go flaming people's work and do not just post opinions like "It's crap." Either post with the intention to help the author better his material or don't post at all.
2. No flaming. This basically runs parallel to the first rule. No attacking other members, no name-calling, no fighting. If you absolutely must flame somebody, take it to the Flame Forum where that stuff belongs.
3. No spamming. Simple, easy to understand. If you absolutely must spam, take it to the Chat Forum. That's where the spam belongs.
4. No erotic fiction and no overtly racist pieces. Erotic fiction is the literary equivalent of porn and porn is banned on the entire forum. Personally, I have no problem if you want to post extremely racist garbage on any of the other forums. Just don't do it in here. This place is designed to breed creativity not to spark hatred.
Follow those rules and the universal rules of the forum and enjoy yourselves.
