"Player Not Found"

Anyone know why one of my diablo character can't be accessed? it kept saying "Player Not Found"

Yesterday I tried to enter this game with my mule character to
trade but the server crash so i wasn't able to join then since then
i wasn't able to access my character till now (it've been like 12 hrs). Anyone have any way i can fix this problem?
One more question i kinda came up with... will character be deleted if it is not played for 2 hrs within 48 hrs or is it the account. This shouldn't be the problem cuz my other mules don't have this problem.
Anyone attempt to help me solve this issue will be greatly appreciated because I've had all my precious legits in this mule.

Thanx

The only times I got a "player not found" message was first when I hadn't logged onto a char in over 90 days, and secondly, when it was already in use by another client.

I sent bnet a techinal support email and later the day when playing D2, i recieved a message that Bnet will reset within 5 min. And after that I can access my character again. Whosh... good thing my legit Stormshield is still here. Thanks anyway.

That message should go away within 2 days or less. If it doesn't contact Blizz and tell them what's up.
