Dude get a prepaid credit card. The things are god damn awsome. Everyone thinks they're real, you can use them as a second ID. ANYONE can get one. You can use them to buy things and then just throw it away and get a new one. They're ingenious.

Both. It's virtually a debit card without the bank. Most people mistake them for real credit cards though because most people don't know about them.
