I started college this semester. Since I already have a full time job, that means very little time for anything else.

Aw, that sucks. I went back to being part time where I work, but I got a 40 cent raise for doing it. I'm the official trainer now too.

40% total pay or per hour?

Per hour. .40 raise per hour.

Yeah, don't know how I read that as percent. Training sounds annoying. Involves working with ignorant people (otherwise, they wouldn't require training).

It's not so bad. The only time it's annoying is when I'm under the weather. Then it downright sucks.

I suppose it does have the advantage of position. The person requiring training is vulnerable to you versus the opposite with a customer.

Don't teach them to be better than you. Aim for: "I taught you everything you know, but not everything I know" - you know, just in case the apprentice comes back to challenge their master.
