Yeah. When the board takes a vote and votes unanimously for him. Which they've already done, so I don't know why everyone's still talking about it.

You have a point on that...
The somewhat Ironic things are, he lost 15% of his popularity a week in office, and then lost a bunch more when he got the prize. If I remember correctly, he had over 80%, and now has about 54%.
