IIRC, you have to be moderator of the destination forum to move now (which is why there are mods of the trashcan...), so forum leaders wouldn't have anywhere to move posts to, most likely.

Nope, I just moved a thread from the test forum to the staff forum and I have no mod powers in the staff forum.

Yeah, I used to be able to move threads OUT of the D2 section, but I couldn't put them back IN.
