Stop trying to sign on a bunch of different character, type a bunch of messages in chat, and join a bunch of games.

Shit, generally after 15 minutes that would go away.

When I was working with Taco, Sometimes I'd get those for a full day.
Obsession with DII + Ban for 1 day = Going Insane.

Have you been stealing peoples accounts and logging into/out of multiple accounts/using wrong passwords for them? If so, this could be your problem.

its Still Down, Fix Me!!!!!

edit

Regarding Temporary Restrictions:

Temporary IP restrictions are probably the most common connection issue. If you suddenly can't connect, particularly if it's only to one realm, you are likely IP restricted. There are many, many causes for this, but the most notable would be joining/leaving games too quickly, or any kind of repetition/fast action. Slow your gameplay down a bit, and you should be able to avoid this. They can last from a few minutes to a few days, normally, but the important thing is to not try to connect too often while restricted, or it will only make it last longer. If it's lasted for days, then it's recommended to email support@blizzard.com about it.

i guess this is my problem? i dont understand tho cause im not repetitively doing anything to fast.

Yes, wait exactly 25 hours, then try and Reconect.

If then you're STILL temp IP banned, Give it a few days man.

Loosen your grip on that mouse, because if you keep spazzin out, you wont be playing for a while. I know, it will get tempting, and after maybe 20 hours you'll be like "yeah this is gonna work" but trust me just wait exactly a day and an hour just to be 100% sure.

You could always try to get a new IP. If you have Road Runner, turn off your modem and router for a minute then turn them back on, and you'll likely get a new IP. If not, use the router's "MAC address clone" feature to change its MAC address, then turn the router and modem off for a minute, then back on.
