Yes, wait exactly 25 hours, then try and Reconect. If then you're STILL temp IP banned, Give it a few days man. Loosen your grip on that mouse, because if you keep spazzin out, you wont be playing for a while. I know, it will get tempting, and after maybe 20 hours you'll be like "yeah this is gonna work" but trust me just wait exactly a day and an hour just to be 100% sure.
