My guess would be Titus, and he could definately throw a hell of a party.

I'm guessing you'd have to hide any minors when the cops come round(cupboards! ^.^; ), or just not let us come anyway...

Don't see why, as long as they aren't drinking I don't think there would be any legal issues. Not that I know anything about that stuff.
