Well, I know that a quart of chocolate milk on an empty stomach will leave me feeling quite full for hours, so...

As of a few weeks ago, I am no longer considered a planet.

I've tried this challenge before, and it's very hard. I couldn't even finish off the gallon before I had to puke it up. Plus, the milk is so thick that when you are puking, it actually hurts....

I have done it too. Its really hard. But we had only a half hour to do so. I didnt finish, but a friend of mine did. Didnt go to school for a week after.

I think i read somewhere that the stomach cant hold that much liquid. Anyways, i would give it a go and pace yourself. An hour is alot. I finished most of the gallon when i did it in the half. YOu should be fine. I also weighted 160 when i did it so you can gauge yourself.

I did it with chocolate. Got about 3/4 of the gallon down before I barfed... it was really cold coming back up.
