buying english versions of rm2k3

RGSS is the scripting used in RMXP, I think.

It's better known as Ruby.

look at the thread frosted snow started a couple days ago about that same thing. Apparently, Don Miguel(the translator of rm2k3 to english) is in cohoots with enterbrain and it is possible you CAN in fact buy an english version from enterbrain. WOOT!

i was more reffering to when i said in post #5: "hey, if i had bought a japanese version of rpgmaker 2003 and then developed the game in the illegal english version, would the game and the english program now be legal for me to use?"
