Man, that sucks. I would seriously kick the shit out of the RA for calling an ambulance on you. Seriously.

My freshman year, I got caught drinking in the dorms and had to go to school trial and all that crap too. It turned out that I was forced to take some alcohol counceling classes, which is absolute shit, was placed on probation for a year, which meant that if I was caught again I would get kicked out of the dorms, and possibly the school. Basically, it was all a bunch of hoopla that is every schools policy.

If you were drinking with the RA, I wouldn't hesitate for one single second to turn him in when you go to trial, since he was the asshole that called the hospital and got you in all this shit. You simply have to explain that eve the hospital didn't think you were intoxicated enough to have alcohol poisoning and that this was all a mistake. You are a college student that happened to be drinking one night and was unfortunate enough to get caught. You are sorry, won't do it again, you were reckless and understand the potential problem that could have happened, blah blah blah. Just make it known that it wasn't serious, you are like the majority of college students, and you are sorry and learned from your mistake.

Heh same thing happend for me in Army AIT, I got caught drinking and had to goto AA and got demoted and had to do extra duty for 2 weeks and got pay taken from one of my checks. If I wouldve never been caught I wouldnt be PFC DeLong heheh.

Bobby and I figured out that pursuing the "RA came into my room uninvited" route to try and get him in trouble too, since he was a douche. Turns out he violated school rules in doing that and so the charges have been greatly reduced. He has to do 3 bouts of community service and he's in he clear.

the NCAA does not know, the school hasnt said a word so im aloud to play as long as my coach doesnt bench me. So im not in that deep of trouble anymore which is awesome- thanks for the support guys ( a tear rolls down my check)
