pvpgn realm isn't something like europe, asia, north US, west US, you can play there without cd-key I think it's very legal because there are many such servers of course you can't compare them with number of users but there are realy many ppl playing

Nope. blizzard says third party servers are illegal because they violate the TOS or something.
