Many, but the msot recent one was yesterday.

I was at the gym in a bench doing flyes and then a really really hot MILF stood beside me wearing one of those really tight shorts (i think its spandex) and you could see a part of her buttcheeks, well I looked at her ass and next thing I know I squashed my finger with the dumbells, man it still hurts and my nail is all purple and shit...

ive had quite a few once when i was little my dad hung me on the rim of my basketball hoop, unfortunetly it ended up that the rim comes down on and hits the bak of my head really hard i was knocked unconsious and i was sent to the emergency room and i had to get stitches in the bak of my head i got major blood loss

another time was when i was on my bike goin down these huge hills goin 40/45 and then i hit this huge rock and i fell offf my bike and i tumbled down these woods getting hit by like every tree it hurt like hell, once agian i was sent to the hospital where i stayed for recovery for 3 weeks i pretty much had NO skin on my legs/arms/face
