Lets see...hmm. Only thing is he is messing around with military equipment, but it isn't on the military Area 51 grounds. Its outside of there teritory, so nothin wrong there. They just dont like people bringing stuf up about this base. They are actually making it worse for themselves by not saying anything and screwing people over who are curious.
