Obviously the main point in life is usually sex. It's what guarentees our genetics passing on. While that is a direct motivation for a lot of things, not all people pursue it in the same direction.

Yeah, of course we want sex, but that doesn't mean it's the only thing we/I care about. I know for a fact my girlfriend and I won't have sex before we're married. If all I cared about was sex, I would not be with her seeing as how I won't get any. I compliment my girl everyday and she likes it. We've got a great relationship and just to throw this thread back on topic, she doesn't control me or try to. Hah.

Man, I had a relationship like that before. I was all about it while in it, but thinking back on it makes me realize how patient I was. I honestly think that relationships with sex are more fulfilling, but then again, that is just my opinion, having had the better of both.

And Grav's exactly right about the smart girls. (I'm guessing its the exact same for smart guys vs stupid guys.) That IS one thing I do like very much about being an artist. Artists want to be with other artists, ideally. And in that case, it's a general, level playing field for both sexes' mentality. So its fun, alotta fun.

I hate when people say they have to wait to be married to have sex, that's just not right for ones body. And I hate it how some girls think sex is evil or something and won't go near it.

I don't think sex is evil. However from a moral standing point I do believe in abstaining from it until marriage. I can't impose my belief like this on other people and I haven't tried. However, while a lot of people couldn't give a rip if porn was on every channel, there are other people who would prefer it if sex was not pushed in their faces 24/7, like on things like shampoo commercials.

The Janet Jackson thing was wrong. I don't know why everyone made a huge deal out of it, really, but it was still breaking decency laws and therefore should have been fined. The point is, what place does that kind of stuff have at the Super Bowl? It's a sports event for goodness sake, not a strip show. Lots of people had their children watching the game too. I'm sure the parents were really happy about their kids subjected to somewhat demoralizing nudity when they were just expecting to watch some football.

I have nothing against sex and I really couldn't give a hoot if I had sex with my girlfriend every day. She, on the other hand, is hella abstinent. She is very religious; she's just been raised that way. She will not have sex until she's married, that's just what the Bible has led her to believe is the ultimate truth. That doesn't bother me though, and I'm not saying the Bible is wrong. It's all just what we've been brought up with and what our beliefs are.

I was referring to advertisements. While racy ads might lead the regular, hulking, usually horned-up population to buy something based on the sex appeal in it's commercial, I find it distasteful. But hey, that's me against the world, so forget it.

Advertisements brought up now and then, not everyday, unless you watch tv everyday. I have no problem seeing tits on tv as how girls have no problem seeing guys naked (upper body) on tv, it's that we raise so it's ok for guy to be nake but not girl.

Don't go on ebay, they have naked chics trying to sell some products... sadly it works

I've never seen nudity in an american advertisement before, except maybe on the playboy channel, and if you're watching that you're asking for it.

There was a woman who was complaining because her son got a boner in the middle of the superbowl, and he didn't know what the fuck was wrong with himself, because his parents didn't think he needed to know about these things, so not only was he embarassed, but he was confused. She thinks this is Janet Jackson's fault.
