New Rune Words

it says it everywhere sym, arreat, dii.net. 1. High level runes can now be cubed (3 lower runes = 1 rune of the next level up, this extends all the way to zod) (Ladder Only!) 2. There was speculation on dii.net that they would make the higher level runes drop slightly more frequently in 1.10

They're not all 3 lower runes = 1 higher, I think... above Hel, it is 2 lower + some gem = 1 higher, making it even easier.
